I don't reckon I'll ever amount to much
When it comes to money and brains and such
But I'm rich because of my Saviour's saving touch
And that's good enough for me

Some folks think only  possessions are wealth
My greatest thing I own is my health
And assurance that I will have life after death
And that's good enough for me

Oh, I suppose being smart and having money is nice
But they can't be used to pay for sin's price
That took our Savior's supreme sacrifice
And that's good enough for me

When my old worldy life is through
I'll get to start out my life anew
Cause Jesus promised that for me and you
And that's good enough for me.
