Friend to Friend

I can't see you but I know you are there
Because of your friendship I know that you care
When you think of me every once in a while
Say a prayer for me and I hope you smile

Reserve a place for me down deep in your heart
And please make sure it will never depart
Keep your love flowing from your heart to mine
Let us face life together as per God's design

If you ever need me please know am near
Your cries and your laughter I surely will hear
What we share together is a real treasure trove
For we have learned the true meaning of love

May the good Lord bless you this and every day
And may He walk with you each step of the way
