 I plan to pick a rose today
Kissed by the morning dew
And I want you know that
I picked it just for you

I plan to send my love today
Please know that it is true
I hope that you realize
I will mean it just for you

I plan to say prayer today
And ask for a blessing or two
I sure hope that you won't mind
If I happen to mention you
